In this field you can create, change or delete groups. With
the "new" button you can create a new group of recipients. With
the "change" button you can change the name of the selected group. With the
"delete" button you can delete the selected group. Deleting a group does not
delete any of the recipients on the addressbook. |

After
the selection of a group, you will get on the recipients field all the recipients from the
addressbook, which belong to this group. With the "new" button you can add a
recipient from the addressbook to the selected group. With the "delete" button
you can delete the selected recipient from the group. Deleting a recipient does not delete
the recipient on the addressbook. |
| The Message tag contains the
following fields:

On the "Send to Group" field you
can select a group, defined in the Group Setup tag. The message you define above, will be
send to all the members of this group. |

To
insert your signature after the message you want to send, please enable the
"Signature" check box. Note that the maximal number of characters in your
message will be reduced with the characters of your signature. To set or change your
signature text please see the settings tab. |

To
insert a predefined message please click on the "Standard message" button. After
this, you will get a popup window with all the standard messages you have defined. Select
one item of this list clicking on the "OK" button or making a double click on
the item. After this, the selected message will be inserted on the message field. To
insert or change items in your standard message list, please see the standard messages tab. |

Click
the "Clear" button to delete completely the text on the message field. |

After
you have introduced the message for the group, please press the "Send" button to
transmit the Short Message. After pressing the button you will get a new window showing
the status of the transmission. After all messages have been sent, you can see on the
"Results & Logs" field reports containing the Sent-Log, Error-Log and
Session-Log. You can also save these reports as HTML files. |
